Any issues? All these and alike matters are solvable in the app. Alerts and push notifications allow customers to see all important information. Easy, smooth, user-friendly. And yeah, let alone the customer support live chat. So, the whole process turns into a unified 'issue/request - solution' flow. Branded app also allows for wider marketing options, including in-app promos.

Billing and invoicing

When it comes to billing, the most crucial part is data safety. Advanced billing interface can be integrated with Stripe, Apple Pay or Google Pay. It provides extra security since no card info is available for third parties thanks to the data encryption. The app offers recurring payments and pay plans - there is no need to monitor the payment dates. Tariff plans are flexibly configured in the system, the entire history of customer transactions is also stored - the payment can be easily refunded if necessary. At the touch of a button traffic fines or repair fees can be charged from the client's account. Worth noting that any changes made to the data are immediately visible on both sides: the back-end office and the app.

Fleet management
